Par the course, I have found my notes and have found some time to devote to writing. Time is of the essence, so again we are doing a speed run for words and habits.
My notes contain the concept of : Choosing You, Practicing Practical Goals, and Letting Go. And right now I’m letting go the idea of having this be formatted any sort of way.
At this point of the game, we are almost there, but being overrun and overwhelmed by other requirements. I nearly forgot to write this post at all! But to keep the momentum of the writing habit, the goal is to persist. If you are squeezing out a few words while running to the bathroom. We are not aiming for glamour nor numbers. This is the time for consistency.
Let’s be honest, there is only so much we can do when traveling and socializing in various levels. Personally, my brain needs to zone out for a bit during the afternoon. And by a bit, I mean at least for an hour. Sometimes that means reading, video games, or just blissing out with music.
Let your brain recharge during the day, and take care of yourself. It would suck to get sick. (Gentle reminder for those who can, to get flu shots.) There will be time later to catch up number-wise.
